On a beautiful Thursday morning (right before the snow storm arrived in Chicago), we packed our bags for a road trip down to Dallas, TX. Nine hundred miles later, we arrived in big and sunny Texas while Chicago is being buried in snow. In between, Patrick and I found ourselves in a few pit stops, including an overnight stay in Memphis. It was a splendid journey from beginning to end, moreso because it brought us to rediscover our love and friendship.
